What are some nice tropical fish community?

I just put my tank in a week I start to buy fish, my tank is about 18 cm. I lack the most colorful fish and interesting as possible. You can also have an aquatic frog fish in your aquarium with the community because I love, but never had the fish, at the same time.

Neon !!!!! Tetra are interesting and are very bright! They pair well with Caridina japonica (http://suiso.com/ebi.htm) that can live on almost anything, and eat algae! They arent very colorful SOO much but add life to your tank! Besides, how many of your friends have shrimp freshwater. ;) Swordtails also nice to add if you get 2.5 witch can be a bit much of your tank …
