I can not keep a job due to anxiety. It feels horrible. What I can do?
I have 33 years and I have a horrible record work, either because not understand the work that worked or did not work for me. I tried, but I was always extremely anxious to start work now because there have been dozens and dozens of times. I have bad memories still jobs that do not work for me. I've had employers say goodbye because I could not understand the work that has been soiled my kind of up in the head. I did well in college and wanted more from life than this, but this is just how things went. And now the economy is bad too. What would be a good kind of work that I can work without getting nervous or not?
Generalized Anxiety Disorder: There is a saying in the mental health field: "If the only tool you have in your team is a hammer, you tend to treat everything as a nail." Therefore, going to the doctors, and prescription pills: hand, fast and convenient, when it comes to managing a large list of patients, with very limited time for everyone. With anxiolytics (anti-anxiety drugs, as Lexapro, Paxil, or that treat anxiety and depression) that are only treating the symptoms, and even then, often only temporarily, as their system gets used him, and you have to accept the risks of an increased suicide / homicide rate, aberrant behavior, and side effects, such as possible sexual dysfunction, (Common) or weight fluctuation. For these reasons, I recommend first trying the alternatives, (which only treat symptoms, using supplements like inositol and SAM, herbal remedies, such as ch () amomile but the cause, too) using the EMDR variant, EFT, and relaxation techniques. Anxiolytics or antidepressants will still be there, if alternatives are not enough for you, but give them a tryout period of several weeks, first. See treatment anxiety, at ezy build (below) in section 6. Set a specific period of time to worry about anything, (for example, around three quarters of an hour maybe when I get home, or after dinner, but not too close to bedtime) after which, resolve firmly to refuse to even entertain the idea of worrying again that day to realize and accept that otherwise would be counterproductive to your mental health, and enjoyment of life. You've had your "worry time "For the day, and can only write down any more thoughts that come to mind, and you say:" Well, I just have to worry about that tomorrow, Right? ". It is important to deal with negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts or images, the process of (a) recognition, and (b): a challenge immediately. When you notice something negative, like: "I'll never get over this!" Or " Why am I always so pathetic / useless / such a loser? "Or even" I can not do this or never recover from this! "Or a disturbing image, recognize that this is part of the mentality that impede progress in his recovery. Once identified and tagged you first see a large "STOP!" sign, then I say to myself as forcefully as possible, even aloud in a loud voice, if alone: "I know this tactic: GO away for a while!" You may want to use: the "trick", "ploy", "game" or "trick" instead of "tactic." In the case of an image, display a large "STOP" sign, or your preferred version. Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in the pocket, then put it around your wrist, where catches are setbacks, stretch and release it as a method of reprogramming their mind before, but I do not consider it strictly necessary. Remember to remove, then, if you use this method. Practice a relaxation methods in sections 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, all day, and when necessary. Moreover, the EFT a good test to see if it helps. There is also a version for use in public places, (if you wish, claim they have a headache, such as massage and gently tap your temples, but then limited to subvocalising: tell yourself in your mind.) Section 53, and pages 2, and 2nd in http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/ 2.Q ~ shaneris also refer: "Even though sometimes suffer from anxiety, I deeply and completely accept myself." treatment Neurofeedback for anxiety is increasingly available. Herbal remedies such as valerian, (which is not for use if depression is present) passionflower, herb St. John 's, are usually effective, but the idea is (as with anxiolytic medication) to use them as water wings, or training wheels on a bicycle, support initial and giving time to other treatments, therapy and relaxation techniques, to take effect. (The following is a variant of EMDR therapy, which has been used successfully for those who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia and anxiety: it is easy to learn, quick to use, but can be very effective. It's easy be disdainful of a seemingly unusual technique, but give a good test, at least for a couple of weeks to see if it is effective in his case). Before using any methods in the previous paragraph, first sit back and take a deep breath. Then, without moving your head, move the left eye, right, and vice versa, taking around a second to do so (for example, "the thousand and one": this takes about a second). Repeat this procedure (without words, although you can tell, subvocally, if you like) 20 times: "The thousand and one, thousand and two …" and so on, a thousand and twenty. So close your eyes and relax. Be aware of any tension or discomfort you feel. Then open your eyes and take another deep breath, and repeat the first step, close your eyes and relax after, the same way. Then repeat the procedure one last time. Some people may notice that this is all they need to do. With experience, may find that you can practice in public, with eyes closed, which greatly extends the window of opportunity for use, and avoids attracting unwanted attention. I found that 2 – 3 minutes spent using the EMDR markedly reduces distractions to the relaxation process, and is repaid many times. I also use it before my chosen relaxation technique, after lights out at night. For more information about eye movement desensitization and reprocessing treatment showing the recommendations of those who have used, including a professional psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience in the field, see Sections 33-34, at ezy-build. She was skeptical at first, and I remained unconvinced, until you try it, and now I use it twice a day, even after lights out, night. ~ ~ ~ It is possible for a librarian, school assistant or security guard. Site5 Web Hosting Review
I've been getting some of my websites with Site5 for about a year. I have other websites hosted on the web other hosting companies. Here is my review for site5 based on my personal experience with them
Why choose Site5
I have to know on Site5 webhostingtalk through forums. At that time, I was looking for a reliable and reputable cheap hosting company for a couple of my new websites. And I've heard a lot of good reviews about Site5 and so decide to test. Because they have a 60 days money back refund, I guess if I do not like it, I asked for my money back. Anyway, it was basically testing their web hosting on my new website, so I was not terribly concerned.
Site5 Hosting Plan
Site5 only offer two types of hosting plan: shared and reseller. So I took the package superhosting extreme. Basically this is the brief web hosting package details:
Disk space: 8 GB
Bandwidth: 500 GB
Multisite Accounts: 5
Unlimited: domain pointers, ftp, mysql
It also comes with fantastico, cpanel. All this for about $ 109 a year which is pretty cheap. Consider this hosting plan and is unavailable and is replaced with multisite dynamite plan. It is basically the same as my previous plan except for more disk space and bandwidth. As I write this, have a promotion where you can get this hosting plan for 2 years at only $ 149 which I consider a good deal.
Unique Features of Site5 hosting
One feature I like about site5 hosting is multi-site accounts. It's basically a control panel total outstanding of each domain. Unlike other web shared hosting companies which uses domain pointers, a multisite accounts exists on its own with its own subdomains, domain pointer, ftp, mysql, etc. This will help me organize my websites more especially if you have a lot of domains. You can configure the space disk and bandwidth of the main pool of web hosting account.
The other feature is the flashback that allows you to undo any changes you make to your site web. It is a life saver, especially when a website is broken and no one knows the cause.
Things that can be improved
Though I like Site5 and would recommend his friends, there are some things they could do better. One is the upgrade option. I recently upgraded my hosting plan for multiple sites of dynamite and told him he had to switch to another server. The problem was I had to do my own data transfer. With 3 GB of data to transfer, not to mention the dozens of ftp, mysql and email accounts, was a real hassle. Something I'm sure their staff could easily have ended in a short time.
The other thing I did not like was that they could request more IP addresses. If you know SEO, then you know how to have multiple IP addresses can be useful.
In Overall, I still recommend it for its cheap web hosting plan site5, good support and high availability.
