There is no doubt that some of the best fly fishing in California is located in the Upstate. Mountains Sierra provide some great scenery and some major rivers and streams where fish are plentiful and the weather is beautiful. Located above Crowley Lake, Owens River is one of the best places to Trout Fishing in California.
