Is there a Fishing Rod that can be used to practice at home?

I know I've heard of one, but I could find when I searched Cabela's website, and I really want to learn to Fly Fish, but do not want to buy the entire set and not do, and so I could learn to practice at home and such.

Lee and Joan Wulff arrived with a bar indoor workout called Fly-O is available through Royal Wulff products. I started to suggest this bar to some of my students casting about 20 years ago and is always beneficial to them. Royal Wulff has it available here: http://www.royalwulff.com/educational.html # Fly or Building your own bar environment is not as easy as it sounds. The Wulff put some research into this bar practice to achieve action that most replicate a full size bar, including the weight of the yarn and size of the guides. John Wulff is undoubtedly one of the best instructors Fly fishing in the world that sits on the board of fly fishing and more fishing organizations. It held the world record in quality. His casting DVDs and books are excellent aids too.
