crappie rig, jig, and the technique?
There are lots of kinds of fish, where fish i. A Trout Fishing there but people take the crappie like crazy. I fish in Lake Isabella in California. What are good techniques and templates, and rigging in general? Please be specific, I 10 points to give the best answer, not the one who responds first. Thank you very much.
Float N 'Fly rig. Use a light spinning rod, eight or nine feet long, up to 4 to 10 pound line. Use 4 or 6 pounds test. Tie a small hair jig to the end of the line and about 6 or 7 feet above the template, put a clear bubble float. Cast as far as I can and if there is any wave action in water, the float rises and falls with the action to give all the template below. This set up the great works with a wet fly well, but was invented here in the west coast of deep lakes, the clear water for smallmouth bass.
