braided fishing line ….. or not ??????

for bass fishing reel I'm using a plfuger. in my surf and saltwater reels I'm using the line PEIR braided, but I have never used braided line on my bass reels. question is would use braided line on a spinning reel or not. go on a fishing trip that has lots upstream mats and other Top Water plants and I know that cuts through things like braided better than mono. turning the braided line and cast lures as mono line. I have heard pros and cons about braids coils of yarn. I also read somewhere that a base electrical tape or other things is needed on the reel before a braided tail wheel. What yall think. I know it's a very good line braided line to fight the big fish but as I I only use it on my reels BIG. What do yall think of the whole. Thanks and good fishing

Braid is well on spinning reels. I use it for float fishing salmon / rainbow trout and striper topwater and throwing for my spring configuration with a size of 12000 Shimano Thunnus. I love things, but it has its Instead, like everything in the world of fishing. It is important to have some kind of support on a spool using braid. In general, it is an injection of mono, or as you mentioned, electrical tape works well. The reason for support is for the braid does not slip on the spool. Mono is pressed down on itself and since there is a stretch, be a breeze down and grab the tail, and not slip. Braid I can not do that – do not extend. So, when tightly wound on a spool, is not able to "grab" monkey as you can. That's where the support comes into play mono tape or braid give something to "dig" on RCA and down, thus keeping that slide into the spool. If you are throwing topwater, braid is a good choice because it does not sink and let him have a better control over the location of the line. You can leave the bait out there, and the line will not start falling like a monkey would. It is a clear benefit. Moreover, the fact that you can upload the test pounds, and keep a smaller diameter than an advantage. Fishing around weed, pills, a thick cover is fine with braid. This is a weakness defined and must be addressed. Thus, if the cover you're fishing around braid is abrasive and may not be the optimal choice. That said, you can eliminate some of that risk only by heavy use flour a monkey or a leader. I found that some strands are more suitable for spinning reels others …. The suffix works best, then TufLine, then PowerPro, then Fireline. I am sure that a significant part of the performance is the reel too, not just the line!
