Where can I see a show that talks about fishermen fishing, shallow river in the aera of the Great Lakes?

I live in the Huron River bellville below the dam. This is a very productive (boca chica, Muskie, pike, walleye and river fishing cat), located in southeast lower Michigan. I would be a better fisherman water. Can help at home?

It seems to me that local people would be better if the consultants for the show. If I were you, I would ask local fishermen.

Tips and tricks for catching Walleye in Rivers

Many people who fish rivers by dams and river mouths in the spring, but some professionals suggest that there are even better places to hook the pike instead of being grouped together by dams and the river mouth.

Some of fishermen and the pike head pro at five to ten miles downstream are the walleye have not even done yet spawning waters. This is because not all bug-eyed spawn at the same time, not always reproduced in the same place as walleye others.

If you find an area of the river which has stone structures, fountains, and floors of rubble or has a coastline of profound transition, he will find some good pike fishing. To find the right place in a river to fish walleye, must find the area that has something that is characteristic of the pike. Sandbanks, a shelf or break today are habitat squint for spring. Do not try to catch a large area, sections of fish at a time. If you start big, you lose the best place and maybe the big walleye.

Another good tip for fishing in rivers deeper than when the walleye are trying to fight the current upstream, sometimes resting in deep holes underwater. Here you can use heavier weight with a three-way swivel and a Crankbait to fall into deep holes where the walleye are organizing. You will find walleye on their way upstream are in these areas if they are not in the other river areas. The current in these holes staging is slower than the water upstream.

Every river that fishing will be different. You can fish with a Crankbait in a river and discover that another river will need a template with a small minnow. The size of small fish which will depend on the time of year to fish for walleye. Before spawning, a Carpita little better, but after spawning when they are replenishing their food intake, you can begin using larger minnows. Just before winter, a larger work because the small fish walleye are tired of the winter months and goes for big baits.

If you find that time is slightly colder on a given day, you might want to give up fishing in the lake and the river head. Walleye will stay at the riverside, if the temperature cools. The river water temperatures are slightly higher at this time and moving around more walleye in the river than they do on the water more cold. If you find some weed beds, you want to test the use of a bait tub, allowing you to fish the weeds for the squint. Using a three sixteenths templates to a half ounce works the best for this in the River.
