San Juan

Why are flights from San Juan to Europe forgotten?
I was told that British Airways, Condor and Martinair flights to London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam, San Juan, but now only Iberia flies directly to Europe. Is that true? Why stop? Are there plans to have new European flights the future?
It's mostly because demand is low, otherwise have remained routes and raised prices. Many people do not realize that the Europeans traveling to the Caribbean, in general, do not go to Puerto Rico. The reason is that most of the other islands, especially smaller ones, are still colonies or former colonies of those countries, so travel is less restrictive. The euro goes further, in San Martin, which makes the Netherlands. The British come to Barbados and Jamaica, although the Bahamas. The French also travel to St. Maarten and Haiti or Martenique. The Dutch travel to St. Maarten, Aruba and Curacao. The only real connection with Europe to Puerto Rico, Spain and the Spanish travel in large numbers to the Dominican Republic instead, because it is cheaper than that of public relations and also because the companies own most of the Spanish resorts all inclusive. Theres a lot of reasons that caused this, but the reason bottom line is that anyone traveling to PR in Europe.
